Shipping & returns


We are trying our best to ship your products as soon as possible. If you place your order on a working day before 1:00 PM, you will receive it the next day. For Belgium applies; Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed the same day. EVMA-Care uses the following shipping costs:

Free shipping from €50,-
When spending less than €50,-, €7.25 in the Netherlands
When spending less than €50,-, €7.25 in Belgium

If a product is not in stock, you may receive your order in parts. You do not pay any additional shipping costs for subsequent delivery. If there are unexpected delivery problems, we will contact you by email.

Return Policy

Our service
14 days to change your mind after receiving your product.
Exchange product? Upon receipt, we will immediately ship your new product.
Money Back? The amount will be refunded within 10 days of receipt.

Return Policy

As a buyer, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order. This is possible within a period of 14 days after receipt of your order. When you choose to return your order, we ask you to use the return form, which you can download here. After receiving your products, we will refund or send replacement products to you. Refunds will be made within 10 days.

The costs for the return are for the account of the buyer. For unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns, EVMA-Care deducts costs from the purchase price that we refund you for your returned products.

Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. EVMA-Care cannot be held liable for loss or damage to returned products. We advise you to always request a proof of shipment when you deliver your package and to send your products in their original packaging.

If you only partially return your order, so that the total order amount is less than €50, then €6.95 in shipping costs will still be deducted from the amount of the returned items.

In order to be returned, the products must meet certain conditions:

Items must be sent in original packaging.
Sterile products must not be opened.
Products must not be used.

Products that do not meet this requirement cannot be returned. These items will not be reimbursed and remain your property. If you have returned these products, we can send the items back to you at your request, but we will charge the costs incurred.
