Hartmann Cosmopor Sterile are sterile, self-adhesive wound dressings used for covering and protecting wounds. The dressing consists of a soft non-woven backing material with an absorbent wound pad featuring a hydrophobic micro-net, which helps prevent the pad from adhering to the wound.

This sterile island dressing is designed for wound care applications where an absorbent dressing is required and easy application is important. The self-adhesive border keeps the dressing securely in place without the need for additional fixation.
