The BD Micro-Fine insulin syringes come with a fixed Micro-Fine needle of 0.30x8mm (30G), made from the best surgical stainless steel. The needle has a three-dimensional ground tip, which ensures an almost painless injection. The syringe has a volume of 0.3ml and a scale of 100 units. Inside the syringe is a rubber plunger that slides smoothly through the barrel. This contributes to the precision of the insulin dose.
